  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

3. Shipping Estimates

  • Our standard shipping usually takes 5 - 8 business days for delivery.

  • Please note: These are estimated times. Actual delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier logistics.

4. Shipping Destinations We currently offer shipping throughout the United States. If you require shipping to other regions, please contact our customer service via email to confirm availability.

5. Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any additional reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your address before the order ships.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments If you have not received your package within 10 days after the estimated delivery date, or if you receive a product damaged during transit, please email us at v.hubfg93@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether by reshipping or processing a refund.
