1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition.

  • Include all original packaging and accessories (including flavor pods, packaging boxes, etc.).

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, any flavor pods that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Process

  • Please contact us at v.hubfg93@gmail.com before initiating a return.

  • We will review your request and provide return instructions.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • PurePinch will cover the return shipping costs for items returned due to quality issues.

  • For returns due to non-quality reasons (e.g., personal preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
